• Mổ khám, thu thập, xử lý, đúc khối, cắt mẫu mô, thu thập đánh giá tế bào trong dịch phổi
• Ứng dụng các kỹ thuật nhuộm trong chẩn đoán mô bệnh: Eosin and Hematoxylin, Nuclear fast red, Acian blue & HPS, Wright-Giemsa, mô hóa miễn dịch, miễn dịch huỳnh quang, TUNEL assay staining...
• Ứng dụng các kỹ thuật định lượng protein trong nghiên cứu chẩn đoán bệnh: ELISA, Bioplex pro assay, protein assay, MPO, EPO, Western blot, Flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation
• Phân lập bạch cầu trung tính từ máu người, heo, bò, ngựa, tủy chuột … cho các thí nghiệm
• Nuôi cấy tế bào dòng (IPEC1 cell line)
• Nuôi cấy phân lập vi khuẩn, cấy plasmid vào vi khuẩn E. coli
• Ứng dụng kỹ thuật PCR phát hiện Porcine circovirus type II
